Alison ten Bohmer is a Pro-Certified Pietra Fitness Instructor offering three different classes at St. Mary’s.
LADIES CHAIR FITNESS CLASS:
Do you have mobility issues or physical limitations, but would still like to build strength & flexibility while also increasing your mental and physical well-being? This class offers gentle movement from the safety of a chair.
Since all movement is done from a seated position, it makes exercise accessible for those with issues like limited mobility, balance, surgery recovery, joint pain, and many more. However, it is also a great class for those just seeking to slow down and connect with God through the prayers, meditations, and sacred music - all rooted in Catholicism. The 30 minute, LADIES ONLY class is held on Mondays, at 3:00 PM in the Annex. The fee is $5 per class.
LADIES INTERMEDIATE FITNESS CLASS
Thursdays from 6 pm to 7 pm in the gym.
MEN’S FITNESS CLASS
Thursdays from 7:15 pm—8:00 pm in the gym.
