Founded in 2008 at St. Mary’s School, the Kids Who Can club is a social justice group empowering students to make a difference through faith-filled service and outreach.  Over the years, students have supported local and global initiatives by singing at care homes, shopping for the Christmas hampers, supporting Operation Smile surgeries, sponsoring children through CHALICE and contributing to projects that provide food, medicine, school supplies and   other necessities for families in need. 

They have purchased learning supplies for students in the primary grades at St. Mary’s to help them with reading and recently presented a $1,000 cheque to the Chilliwack Pro-Life Society in support of its ongoing ministry and outreach.  Guided by the Catholic call to recognize the dignity of every person, students have raised thousands of dollars for charities and have performed countless acts of kindness.  

Through their generosity, creativity, and compassion, the “Kids Who Can” continue to bring hope and make a positive impact both locally and globally.
